Rhinoplasty, Crooked nose, VXiL thread lift

Her concerns were a crooked nose with a bulbous tip and deep smile lines. Tipplasty (closed method) and alar base reduction (non-incision) were performed, and an implant from a previous surgery was replaced to make the nose slimmer and straighter. The thread lift using VXiL lifted saggy jowls, giving her a youthful look. The post-operative picture is from three months after surgery.
