This male patient wanted to have bigger eyes without double folds. Epicanthoplasty made his eyes wider, and ptosis correction and male eye surgery (monolid eye surgery) made the eyes brighter and defined by removing excess skin and strengthening the eye-opening muscles.

This patient was displeased by her monolid and small eyes. She preferred in-out folds. The eyes were set quite far apart, so we only performed epicanthoplasty with double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction. The eye became bigger and defined while still looking natural.
