This 27-year-old woman wanted to address her facial weaknesses, namely, overdeveloped bone structure, a flat nose, a tired and dull look, and uneven eyes. She underwent mandible and cheekbone reduction, narrowing genioplasty, a full face fat graft, incisional double eyelid surgery with epi and lateral canthoplasty, and rhinoplasty on two separate occasions. Rhinoplasty and fat grafting made her face three-dimensional. The eyes become symmetrical. In particular, the fat graft made her face youthful and smooth.
